Bifold Fluidpower extends and upgrades its range of 316 stainless steel filter regulators. Utilising Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) analysis, the range offers cost effective compact solutions whilst providing superior flow and setting accuracy.
Bifold's filter regulators are designed predominantly for pneumatic valve actuator control. In this application, the initial pressure differential is large and reduces as the actuator completes its stroke. Bifold has developed a range of products that maintain a high flow rate of up to 8 times that of competitor products.
The range includes a compact 1/4" unit, 1/4", 1/2", 3/4" compact, and 3/4", 1" NPT. All sizes can be incorporated into the new AXIS™ stacker type & linear type manifolds. Products are designed and qualified in the Bifold Fluidpower state of the art testing facilities for -50°C and up to +90°C applications. NACE options are available.
The upgraded filter regulator range is also available as part of the Bifold Fluidpower AXIS manifold range offering greater flow, lower weight, smaller more compact system assembly, reduced leak paths and lower system costs.
